Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LCTalent Group AG processes personal data relating to website visitors, business contacts, candidates and applicants, employees and other specialists whom we place or deploy.

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Swiss Employment Services Act and Ordinance and relevant employment, social insurance and tax laws also apply to individual processing activities.

| Employees and deployed specialists | For employment, onboarding, assignments, time recording, payroll, tax, social insurance, insurance, statutory reporting and billing, we also process identity, address, nationality, permit, Swiss social security number, bank, contract, working time, absence and sickness, salary, tax, insurance and, where required, civil-status or dependant data. Sources are you, deployment clients and competent bodies. Deployment clients receive only information required for assignment planning, duty of care, safety, time approval or their own legal duties. Processing grounds and required data
We process personal data for specified purposes and only to the extent proportionate to those purposes. Under Swiss law, this includes processing required for recruitment, placement, staff leasing, employment and the performance of related contracts and legal duties. Required data must be provided where we otherwise cannot handle an enquiry, application, contract, assignment or legal duty. If we obtain data indirectly, we inform you on first contact or within the period required by law.
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on pre-contractual steps or a contract, legal duties, legitimate interests in business development, recruitment and placement, secure operations and legal claims, or consent. We process special categories of personal data only where necessary and legally permitted; under the GDPR, in particular under employment and social security law, explicit consent or for legal claims.
Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to people and organisations that need the data for the relevant purpose. These may include clients, potential employers and deployment companies under the rules above; banks, insurers, social security bodies, professional advisers, courts and authorities; and the service providers described below.
We use service providers for hosting, IT, communications, document management, CRM, workforce administration, payrolling, accounting and electronic signatures. Personal data may be processed in Switzerland, the EEA and the United States. Where the recipient country does not provide an adequate level of data protection, we use recognised safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses with the required Swiss adjustments, and supplementary measures where appropriate.
Retention
We delete or anonymise data when the purpose, legal duties and protection of claims no longer require it. Standard periods are: website logs generally up to 1 day; enquiries without a relationship 24 months; rejected applications 3 months; unanswered direct sourcing no more than 6 months; records retained under a separate agreement for future opportunities 24 months after the last substantive contact; assignment, time and absence data generally 5 years; and contract, payroll, tax, social insurance and accounting evidence generally 10 years. Litigation or legal duties may extend retention. If an application results in employment or an assignment, relevant data becomes part of the corresponding personnel or assignment record. Backups are overwritten on the defined cycle.
Security and your rights
We protect personal data with risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, disclosure or portability, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent for the future. Legal duties and third-party rights may limit these rights; we may request reasonable proof of identity. Contact: datenschutz@lctalentgroup.com.
